Payment is due within 21 days of invoice date, or before the conference date, whichever is soonest. Payments for any bookings made after this date must be settled immediately. Discounts may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse entry to the conference should payment not be made prior to the event.
