Katrine Kielos-Marçal

Katrine Kielos-Marçal is a Swedish journalist and bestselling author on the intersection between economics, women and innovation. Her books present compelling data about how our ingrained societal ideas about gender have held us back. Katrine works for the Swedish newspaper Dagens Nyheter as the Global Economic Commentator, covering macroeconomics and geopolitics.

Nikhil Rathi

Nikhil was appointed Chief Executive of the FCA in October 2020. He began his career in HM Treasury before serving as Private Secretary to the Prime Minister between 2005-2008. Nikhil then became Head of the Financial Stability Unit, before becoming HM Treasury’s Director of the Financial Services Group between 2009-2014. He joined the London Stock Exchange (LSE) in 2014 and was appointed CEO in 2015.

Suzanne Heywood (Lady)

Suzanne is the international bestselling author of What Does Jeremy Think? and Wavewalker: Breaking Free.

Suzanne was born in the UK but spent most of her childhood sailing around the world with her family, with limited access to formal education. She came back to the UK aged 17 and won a place to study at Oxford University. Suzanne is now the Chief Operating Officer of Exor.
