1. Provide context about your organisation, including sector, size and the challenges faced when implementing diversity and sustainability initiatives.
2. Demonstrate the initiative's relevance to treasury and how it has shown significant progress or innovative beginnings and creative approaches.
3. Focus on measurable impacts, outcomes and the long-term vision of the initiatives. 
4. Consider if the project could be replicated by others or scaled up. 
5. Provide supporting information that could include metrics, testimonials, case studies and other evidence showing the initiative's impact.
