During the period of the credit crisis and particularly after the Lehman collapse the terms and conditions being negotiated or applied on lending agreements have received even more attention than usual. In the article “Borrowers brace themselves for lender dialogue” by Martin O’Donovan, Assistant Director – Policy and Technical at the ACT, reviews some of documentation issues that have come to the fore in 2008 and considers the outlook for credit conditions in 2009 and their impact on the shape of loan agreements.
