Description
Overseeing cash management, financial modelling, and funding lines. Working closely with regional teams, you’ll optimise liquidity, manage loans, and ensure compliance with financial strategies. Your role includes managing bank covenants, trade debtors, and intercompany loans. You will also provide ad-hoc analysis and support across various functions. This role offers leadership opportunities, international exposure, and collaboration with global teams.
Accountabilities:
- Cash management: Work with regional teams to monitor, control, and report on liquidity, headroom, and loans.
- Financial modelling: Prepare consolidated cash forecasts and analyse liquidity and working capital.
- Funding lines: Calculate borrowing base, monitor limits, and address issues in forecasts.
- Trade debtors: Analyse and report on aged receivables.
- Bank covenants: Calculate, forecast, and present compliance updates to management.
- Intercompany loans: Manage settlements and ensure compliance.
- Interest optimisation: Provide advice on interest strategies to the business.
- Foreign exchange: Assist regional teams with exposure reporting and hedging.
- Ad-hoc analysis: Provide reports and analysis as required.
- Cover for team members: Support other roles in the Group Treasury Team when needed.
- Financial analysis: Analyse financial data, including liquidity and working capital, to provide insights and recommendations.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure efficient cash management.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Relevant qualification in treasury, accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a treasury role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle large amounts of data.
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting.
- Proficiency in Excel and other financial software.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with treasury management systems.
