16 February 2022 | 8.30am - 9.30am | Bvlgari Resort, Dubai
This event will provide you with an update on the recruitment market in the Middle East. This will be followed by a practical discussion on top tips for interviewees which includes advice on interviewing techniques such how to prepare for typical questions, how to act during a job interview, including body language, and how to build rapport with the interviewer.
We are delighted that Luke Correll, Managing Director at Carter Knight will come to share his experience of the key industry trends in recruitment, and provide some tips for interviewing with examples of how to respond to certain types of interview questions. We will then hear from Caroline Stockmann, Chief Executive at the ACT who will share her insights on interviewing. Caroline is a trained coach and has run workshops, seminars and presentations on strategic influencing and leadership skills, including women’s empowerment workshops for HH Sheikha Shamma, the UAE President’s granddaughter, and workshops for treasurers as part of the European Association of Corporate Treasurers’ annual summit.
James Westerby-Jones, Assistant Treasurer at Chalhoub Group, who is a member of the Future Leaders in Treasury working group and the ACT Middle East Advisory Panel, will chair the meeting.
The Future Leaders group aims to provide content and support for those in the early stages of their treasury careers – to join this group visit www.treasurers.org/futureleaders.
