There was a range of experience in the team with some new to their roles and others with 10 years+ experience.
In order to stretch the experienced members of the team a customised qualification, with the ACT's Award in Cash Management Fundamentals at its core, as well as selected units from the higher qualification, the Certificate in International Cash Management, was designed to provide a theoretical understanding of the principles and best practice of international cash management.
A bespoke face-to-face training course was also designed to help the client-facing members of the team improve their ability to spot opportunities for the bank to do more business.
