Since 1979 the ACT has actively contributed to and grown the treasury community globally and during our 40th anniversary year we are delighted to continue this work by showcasing outstanding talent in the treasury world through our Ones to Watch Awards.
The Awards recognise individuals equipped to rise to the many challenges of the treasury profession and who stand out not only for performing well in their qualifications but in their jobs through their intellect, hard work and determination.

Why enter?
- This your chance to be listed as one of the emerging high-flyers in the treasury industry for 2019.
- Winners will be featured in our special Ones to Watch publication, a supplement of the December issue of The Treasurer magazine and distributed online to the global treasury network.
- Being selected is a great way to strengthen both individual and corporate profiles, bringing peer and industry acknowledgement. It’s a recognised accolade within the treasury community and demonstrates treasury career success and excellence.
Entry requirements
- ACT qualified, however exceptions can be made for entrants where the skills and talents of the individual come highly recommended by other treasury professionals
- Career stage – the individual’s job seniority/ranking must fall below Group Treasurer level
- Age: under 40 years of age and in the early stages of their career, however exceptions can be made for those who made a late entry into the treasury profession
- Entry is open to all sizes and types of organisations and all roles in treasury, whatever the industry sector.
- Individuals can be based anywhere in the world
- You can nominate yourself or someone else
- If nominating someone else, you must declare if the individual is your client.
