.
Lyn has been a music producer for over 30 years. She has had a varied and international career working in the music industry and has learnt a lot along the way, including how to succeed within a male-dominated industry. Hear from her about how to use your unique perspective as a strength and how to break the glass ceiling.
This is the latest in our ‘In conversation with…’ series, held virtually using Microsoft Teams, which is designed to broaden your business and behavioural skills. The series will consist of conversations with our Chief Executive, Caroline Stockmann, herself a trained coach, along with a variety of guest speakers and experts who will talk informally on the behaviours and skills needed to develop a successful career.
This event is exclusive to ACT members and students.
If you would like to book a place please email Zoe Norris at znorris@treasurers.org for the joining instructions.
About the speaker
Lyn is one of the music industry's only female music producers. A child prodigy, she mastered the violin at the age of 4. She had a successful live career as an artist, performing as Annie in the West End production, at the Royal Albert Hall, Hammersmith and Manchester Apollo's and has toured in Sweden, Austria, Finland, Denmark, Spain, Germany and the U.S.A. This experience gave her the opportunity to write and produce music, including working on Pop Idol and the X Factor. Read her full biography here.
