The year might be drawing to a close, but we are continuing to look forward. Over the past few months, we have been working hard to continually improve the ACT learning experience and are looking forward to sharing the changes with you.
Early in the new year we will be enhancing the Certificate in Treasury Fundamentals, the Certificate in Treasury and the Diploma in Treasury Management study materials with additional webinars. Student feedback has indicated that the existing webinars are really useful in providing another perspective on challenging topic areas, so we hope you will enjoy the extra online support. The revised Advanced Diploma in Treasury Management is well into development. With excellent guest speakers lined up, a new interactive assessment format, so you can refine your presentation skills, and enhanced content, it is certainly set to be an exciting new learning experience. ACT Volunteer Student call Scheme Our Learning Team will be working with a pool of ACT member volunteers in the New Year. We will be calling our students to ask for feedback on how you are finding studying with the Learning Academy and our volunteers will be able to share their stories and study tips with you. We hope to improve our offerings and services and your input is vital in helping us to achieve this. We are also looking to expand our volunteer pool so once you are qualified, if you would like to get involved and share your experiences please contact us at learning@treasurers.org
Congratulations to all the students who have passed their qualifications this year! This is a brilliant achievement and you should be so proud of what you have accomplished. The new skills you have acquired will stand you in good stead for your future career aspirations. We look forward to celebrating with you at next year’s 40th anniversary student event. More details about this will be shared in the new year.
While it is always good to reflect on the past year and learn from challenges you have faced, with the new one comes infinite opportunities. We encourage you to take the next few days to think hard about where you would like to take your career next year and remember that we are here to support you and your skills development progression where we can.
