Jonathan Curry has been working in the financial industry since 1989. Jonathan is responsible for all aspects of the asset management business’s Liquidity investment function overseeing the teams of portfolio managers and investment specialists, including the implementation of investment strategy. He is also responsible for the investment function in the UK across all asset classes. Between 2016 and 2022 Jonathan was based in New York where he had the additional responsibility of Chief Investment Officer – Americas across all asset classes.
Prior to joining HSBC in August 2010, he served as Head of European Cash Management at Barclays Global Investors, a large institutional asset management firm. Jonathan joined Barclays Global Investors London office in April 1999 as a portfolio manager in the cash management business. He previously worked for Citigroup Global Asset Management, London, where he spent five years from 1994 as a fixed-income trader and money market and short-duration portfolio manager. Jonathan launched his career at Citicorp, performing a number of roles for the bank culminating in a role in the bank’s first proprietary trading desk outside the USA.
Jonathan holds the CFA UK Investment Management Certificate (a certificate at the time managed by the UK regulator). He is a Certified Person under the UK Senior Managers regulatory regime. He has been a board director of the Institutional Money Market Fund Association starting in 2006 and was chair of the association between 2012 and 2015. He was also a member of the Bank of England's Money Market Liaison Group between 2004 and 2016 and the European Banking Federation's STEP and STEP+ committees. Between 2020 -2022 he was a member of the HSBC USA Inc pension scheme Investment Committee.
Tina Radovic is responsible for our Global Credit Research Platform. She joined HSBC Asset Management in 2003, and before taking the Global role, she was Head of Credit Research based in Paris for 10 years. With more than 20 years in the industry, her experience before joining HSBC includes working as a sell-side analyst in the DCM department, within market-making and origination teams, covering various sectors in IG and HY markets.
She graduated with a degree in Economics and holds a Postgraduate degree in Banking and Financial Markets from the Université Paris I – Panthéon Sorbonne (France). Tina is a Certified European Financial Analyst and holds a Responsible Investment Essentials Certificate from PRI Academy. She’s a member of the French Financial Analysts Society (SFAF) advisory credit committee.
