Engaging LGBTQ+ Allies

When it comes to LGBT rights, change is usually a good thing. However, recently we have witnessed LGBT equality and inclusion come under threat, putting decades of progress at risk. This shows equality and inclusion cannot be taken for granted and how important LGBT allies are. 

LGBT allies can play a key role in transforming the culture of an organisation to help create and maintain an LGBT-friendly workplace.
