The ACT Annual Dinner returned in 2020 with an exciting new virtual format on 11 November 2020 - enabling the treasury community to network from the comfort of their own homes. Attendees enjoyed a hamper packed with cheese and wine while enjoying an evening of entertainment.
Evening highlights of the premier event in the corporate finance calendar
In 2019 we raised £64,000 for the charity Hand in Hand. This money went a long way in helping those living in poverty to launch enterprises, boost their income and find a sustainable future for themselves and their families.
Louis Theroux confirmed as guest speaker
The ACT was thrilled to announce the addition of Louis Theroux as guest speaker for the ACT 'Not the' Annual Dinner on Wednesday 11 November. Louis Theroux is a documentary presenter, journalist, broadcaster and author. His simple yet direct style has revealed the personalities, lifestyles, loyalties and beliefs of those often misunderstood, written off or ignored. Rejecting the more confrontational style of other documentarians in favour of an informal, curious, unassuming approach, his work is consistently revealing, informative and entertaining.
