Capital Market Union (CMU) is potentially an important benefit to funding for non-financial companies (NFCs). It can provide more NFCs with greater access to alternative sources of debt funding to bank loans and perhaps also greater access to equity funding. The ACT has responded to the European Commission’s Green Paper: building a Capital Markets Union.
